WORKSHOPS
Workshops form the basis by which members support and assist other members with
skills and techniques required in cloth dollmaking.
Monthly "adhoc" workshops are conducted during the course of a meeting providing
tips, hints and sometimes "crafty" innovations that can be used in dollmaking.
Specific workshops are conducted by local Doll Designers teaching their own
pattern. These workshops are highly sought after as those members who attend
generally gain a greater insight into new techniques. Select DESIGNERS to obtain
their contact details.
Overseas designers and instructors normally conduct workshops at the request of
individual Australian doll clubs. Western Dollmakers generally know which designers
will be available for the upcoming year. These workshops are generally well
attended.
